1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on or using Kalyanam Vivaah, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Members must be of legal marriageable age in India (minimum 18 years for females, 21 years for males).
- Members must be legally single, divorced (with valid court decree), or widowed. Married individuals are strictly forbidden.
- The service is strictly intended for matrimonial matchmaking between individuals and families seeking lifelong marriage, not casual dating.
3. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Members agree to maintain respectful, civil, and honorable conduct. The following are grounds for immediate termination and legal reporting:
- Soliciting money, financial loans, or fraudulent commercial transactions.
- Using fake identities, stolen photographs, or misleading qualification records.
- Sending abusive, vulgar, harassing, or defamatory communications.
4. Credits & Platform Unlocks
Credits purchased on Kalyanam Vivaah grant permanent access to unlocked candidate profiles. Credit bundles are digital matrimonial services activated upon purchase.
5. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, our designated Grievance Officer promptly investigates all reported violations.
